Do you charge for site surveys or quotes?
No. Site surveys and written quotes are free. You only pay once you’ve agreed the work and we’ve completed it. There’s no call-out fee for the initial visit anywhere in Cornwall.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
For simple jobs (servicing an existing extinguisher, an annual maintenance visit), yes. For installations — fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms — a proper quote needs a site survey. Mitch has to see the building to design the right system.
What if I need an urgent callout?
Call 07498 819185 and explain what’s happening. Maintenance contract customers get priority response for emergencies. For non-contract urgent jobs, we’ll fit you in as soon as the schedule allows.
