Terms & Conditions

MC Fire & Security ('the Company') agrees to provide fire and security services as specified in the written quotation. Any variations must be agreed in writing. All work is carried out to the relevant British Standards including but not limited to: BS 7671, BS 5839-1:2025, BS 5839-6:2020, BS EN 62676, BS EN 50131, BS EN 50133, BS EN 60839-11-1, PD 6662:2017.

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices are based on the site survey. If site conditions differ significantly from the survey, the Company reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly after discussion with the Client.

The Client must provide clear access to the site and all necessary areas for installation and maintenance. The Company is not responsible for moving furniture or equipment unless agreed beforehand.

For new installations, a deposit may be required. Final payment is due upon completion of the work and commissioning of the system. Maintenance contracts are billed annually or 6-monthly in advance.

All new installations come with a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised tampering with the system.
